To manage and supervise a team in the fabrication, assembly and test of Offshore equipment such as drilling equipment, piping manifolds, and certified portable cabins. 2. To ensure the fabrication, assembly and test operations fulfill the production and quality and Class requirements. 3. To ensure proper planning and housekeeping of the assembly and test areas to meet companys international standards. 4. To provide continuous training and coaching to our skilled workforce in bringing them up to the required standards for carrying out operations effectively and efficiently. Requirements: 1. Degree holder in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. 2. Non-diploma candidates with strong people leadership & experiences in Oil and Gas equipment assembly and test are welcomed to apply. 3. Possess at least 10 years of team supervisory skills in an Oil and Gas equipment manufacturing environment. 4. Self-motivated and work well under pressure. 5. Possess knowledge of HSE and Class requirements. 6. Skilled in interpreting product-technical, piping and hydraulic diagrams. 7. A team player and a results driven achiever. 8. Fluent in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
