With a primary focus4> Job Purpose: To provide financial support by administering a wide range of financial tasks and communicating with the business units and functions supported by RRCB. Key Accountabilities: (but not limited) · Preparing the monthly/annually finance reports and analysis as required for statutory and management reporting · Taking ge of the settlement of invoices · Taking ge of the monthly/quarterly/annual tax filing for individual income tax, business tax, value added tax and corporate income tax； for both the Beijing and Shanghai offices · Supporting the annual budget preparation · Supporting the annual audit · Checking bank reconciliation and monitoring the cash flow · Support the Finance Manager with other financial tasks Key Competencies · Self-motivation and enthusiasm to learn new tasks · Strong written and verbal English skills · Ability to confidently communicate at all levels of the organization Key Relationships · Internal management · National Tax Bureau and Local Tax Bureau Key Technical Competencies · With the state qualification on Medium level accountant. · Being familiar with financial software (prior SAGE Accpac) Key Experiences · At least 5 years working experience as accountant in Multinational Company in China.
