With a primary focus4> POSITION JUSTIFICATION Since EA&C Shanghai will be COE of starters and mainly focus on starters manufacturing, and based on the 2010 budget, there will be more than 4000 starters needed to be built in EA&C Shanghai workshop. This position will help EA&C Shanghai to improve production capacity and optimize current starters manufacturing process ,fully utilize current workshop space ,create standard procedure ,instruction ,define & implement in-line process inspection criteria to ensure out-going products quality. KEY ACOUNTABILITIES 1.Develop new electrical products manufacturing processes, equipment planning and specification, and process documentation for starters products 2.To prepare readiness for starter products assembly (instruction, fixture, tools etc.) 3.To provide both theoretic and hands-on training for electrical fitters with modified assembly instruction, and monitor electrical fitters assembly on site to ensure the good products quality； 4.To develop electrical fitters skill and work together with DE to solve the products quality problem； 5.To improve starter assembly efficiency and optimize the starters manufacturing process. 6.To maintain the assembly instruction & procedures regularly； 7.To develop the production layout； 8.To implement the regular maintenance plan for both equipment and tools in EA&C Shanghai workshop DIMENSIONS 1.Understanding of electrical starters manufacturing processes 2.Understanding of electrical drawings and specifications 3.Familiar with lean manufacturing 4.Awareness for process excellence QUALIFICATIONS 1. Excellent manufacturing engineering skills, especially in electrical or automation industry； 2. Systematic thinking with good process development skill； 3. Good command of computer skills 4. Good command of spoken and written English 5.
