With a primary focus4>Job Purpose To deliver agreed significant benefits to the supply chain quality, and improvement for supplier quality growth to Rolls-Royce standard. Assist and coach personnel in support of developing a supplier QC dept. Key Accountabilities - Ensure/ understand the process improvement techniques:flow ting, PARETO diagrams, SPC t, etc. - Work with suppliers to identify and quality opportunities for process improvement - Make the quality plan for supplier and continue check for improvement quality issues. - Responsible for quality control aspects of raw materials, in-process and completed products - Ensure compliance of quality standards - Responsible for implementing of the quality programs - Perform a variety of quality related duties such as inspecting and auditing. - Perform function failure testing as well as physical defects. - Perform testing with customer before delivery of completed products at the request of customer at supplier - Carry out duties in line with HS&E procedures
