With a primary focus4>Key Accountabilities 1. Daily Invoice match in BaaN-match invoice vs P.O 2. Monthly export VAT return claim to tax bureau 3. Monthly Tax claim 4. Weekly supplier’s aging analysis and prepare payment accordingly 5. Accounting voucher posting in BaaN 6. Cost calculation for operation projects. 7. Month end bank reconciliation Key Working Relationships 1. Purchasing department. 2. Production department 3. Logistic department 4. Tax bureau Key Competencies Requirement • Complex problem solving • Cross functional understanding • Co-operation skill within department and cross department. • Fluent in English reading and writing. Working Experience required 1.Around 3 years MNC accounting experience 2.Experience in ERP system Education required Bachelor of finance/accounting or related major.
