With a primary focus4>Job Summary Responsible for operative day-to-day purchasing for production of mechanical automation and control system products. - Undertake operational purchasing order and follow up progress. - Arrange internal logistics including stock and shipment of orders - Maintain stock control and keep record - Control and evaluation of vendor arrangements as necessary - According to drawings & specifications, contact suppliers for quotation - Map capacities and capability for existing and potential supplier - Benchmark suppliers on total cost - Carry out duties in line with HS&E procedures Qualification - Flexible with good interpersonal and communication skills - Excellent IT skills including knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent with ERP systems as BaaN , SAP or similar. - Familiar with the mechanics of manufacturing business operation - Knowledge, experience of the foreign trade and international business - Good communication skills - Technical engineering degree - Good written and verbal English, ability to communicate with foreigners on daily basis - More than 3 years purchasing experience with electrical and mechanical background
