Responsible for the Inventory reconciliation between Oracle and 3PL warehouse time to time ? Assist to drive the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations ? Ensure an optimum cost for running the operations Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations: ? Oracle according to the inventory information provided by 3PL ? Perform daily cycle count with 3PL to ensure 100% inventory accuracy ? Follow the established process and procedure to perform inventory reconciliation between Oracle and actual status in the warehouse ? Report any variances / discrepancy and work out corrective actions ? Act as a backup to Customs co-ordinator / Document Control clerk ? Assist the PRC hub Manager in any other ad hoc activities ? Ensure compliance with Corsair Code of Ethics and Business Conduct Guidelines, Purchasing Policies and Procedures, legal and ethical business practices and general operating procedures Essential Skills and Experience: ? 2 Years of Supply Chain Operations ? Experience in use of ERP systems; Oracle 11i or 12i and Discover reporting desirable ? Post Secondary education or equivalent experience
