Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations: ? Coordinate delivery schedule with CSG and forwarders. ? Book container with forwarders. ? Prepare shipping documents. ? Co-ordinate loading activities with forwarders and 3PL. ? Obtain Bill Of Lading Forwarder ? Download freight carrier report and clear any exception shipments with freight carrier on the report. ? Oracle daily with Shipping information. ? Assist supervisor to ensure correct and timely loading of containers. ? Ensure real time tracking data of each and every transportation step is available for all shipments Corsair shipping point to customer delivery. ? Provide timely and correct communication to other departments. ? Resolve transportation issues and escalate when appropriate ? Cooperate with other departments. ? Adhere to safety policies and follow prescribed safety procedures. ? Ensure compliance with Corsair Code of Ethics and operating procedures. Essential Skills and Experience: ? 2+ years of experience in a distribution and/or shipping operation. ? Ability to comply with policies and procedures. ? Demonstrated professionalism in working with management, suppliers and freight forwarders. ? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills ? Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, good English skills required. Experience with ERP systems; Oracle 12i knowledge a plus.
