Position Summary, Responsibilities and Expectations: ? Responsible for the setup, growth and smooth day-to-day operations of the China hub. ? Responsible for the recruitment and hiring of immediate and future employees, while ensuring a high level of professionalism and coherence throughout the organization. ? Interface with 3PL to ensure all warehouse operations are conducted according to existing procedures for; ? Receiving ? Material Handling ? Shipping ? Ensure RMA operations are conducted according to existing procedures and guidelines through the 3PL. ? Ensure backlog is managed according to existing procedures and guidelines. ? Meet inventory control targets and accuracy through a daily cycle count program ? Ensure all administrative tasks are conducted and reported on a weekly basis. ? Ensure that a safe environment exists at all times and employees adhere to safety policies and follow prescribed safety procedures. ? Ensure compliance with Corsair Code of Ethics & Business Conduct Guidelines, Purchasing Policies & Procedures, and Legal & Ethical business practices as well as Operating Procedures. Essential Skills and Experience: ? 10+ years of Supply Chain Execution and Inventory Control experience ? Ability to develop, implement and ensure compliance with policies and procedures ? Proven skills in project management and people management ? Demonstrated professionalism in working with management and suppliers ? Excellent analytical and problem solving skills ? Experience with ERP systems; Oracle 12 knowledge a plus
