The new role will be responsible for developing the company’s marine service business in China’s Offshore Windfarm and Energy Markets. This is a role with strong growth potential. The individual must be able toestablish and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers tosecure high value marine construction projects. Responsibilities Responsible for developing key contacts with decision makers in the OffshoreWind farm developers and power companies. Develop business strategy with sector sales and account management Responsible for leading the team with bid process, sales follow up andcontract negotiation Support in Marketing activities and Exhibitions Able to respond to scope and technical elements of project RFPs Able to convey customer requirements to Operation & Project Management teams Able to travel throughout sales territory. Qualifications Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in projectsales with technical and market knowledge in the China Wind Farm market. Heor She should be comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of an internationalorganization with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicateprofessionally in both English and Mandarin. Organized and Analytical toeliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches. 3-5+ years relevant experience in Wind Farm Industry Proven sales performance in Wind Turbine industry Degree Qualified in Engineering preferable
