The supervisor is required to attend the shop test or sea trial as necessary. The Supervisor is expected to maintain a good working relationship with the Classification Society Surveyors, the Owner’s representatives, the Shipyard Design, Production and QC departments as well as his colleagues in the Site Supervision team.熟悉所在项目的技术规格书，经审核的图纸，建造标准，程序和船级社规范参加上级要求的船用设备的工厂测试和新船试航保持与船级社验船师，船东代表，船厂设计／生产／质检部门以及本监造团队成员的良好工作关系Requirements & Qualifications 要求: College degree in relevant fieldAt least 5 years experience in shipbuilding areaFluent at oral & written English Good PC Skill including MS Office, AutoCAD, AcrobatExcellent communication / interpersonal skill / team work spiritWilling to work at different shipyard相关专业大专以上学历5年以上新造船监造方面经验有散货轮，油轮，集装箱船等经验英文口语，书写流利电脑技术精通（MS Office, AutoCAD, Acrobat)人际交流，团队精神强服从调配，愿意在不同船厂工作
