Primary AccountabilitiesA) Meet or exceed sales budgetB) Work cross functionally for cooperationC) Pre-plan/target accounts based on trade directionD) Develop the sales territory to its fullest potentialE) Focus on high NTV cargo and profitabilityF) Work closely with overseas counterparts on account strategiesG) Provide market intelligence to trades as requiredIII. MINIMUM RequirementsA) At least 1 year experience in industry sales; Experience in central P.R.D. sales market is preferred.B) Communication skills, listening skills, problem solving, Industry knowledge;C) Customer FocusDedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect.D) Good PC skill, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.E) PerspectiveLooks toward the broadest possible view of an issue/challenge, has broad-ranging personal and business interests and pursuits; can easily pose future scenarios; can think globally; can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future;F) Resilience: Able to deal with rejection professionally while maintaining relationships and pursuing business opportunities.
