德国赫伯罗特股份公司是目前世界前五大船公司之一，赫伯罗特船务（中国）有限公司是德国赫伯罗特集团在中国的独资机构，致力于全球化的集装箱服务，在100多个国家拥有500家分支机构。主要从事国际集装箱远洋运输服务。现因业务发展需要，诚聘所述人员。 符合所述条件之应聘者，请将本人的中、英文简历，身份证、学历证书复印件、薪资要求及近期近照一张寄往：赫伯罗特船务（中国）有限公司人事部 上海市延安东路550号海洋大厦2601室 200001 电子信箱：jobs.nc@hlag.com应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：船体结构主管/建造/工程师 工作地区：上海市 行业：年龄要求：18-45岁学历：本科招聘人数：1名工作经验：不限职位描述: Tasks: The Sales Support – Ningbo, China is responsible to: · Handle quotations for customers · File agreed rates in Hapag Lloyd systems · Follow up with existing customers (both FOB & CNF) to maintain their support · Coordinate with customers on space forecast · Qualify sales leads for sales executives · Promote Hapag Lloyd new products · Handle/co-ordinate complaints or objections · Validate new customers and establish SOP Duties and Responsibilities: · Quotations · Handle quotations through FIS · Upon received confirmations customers file agreed rates in FIS · Customer maintenance · Regularly contact customers as assigned and record follow up actions in SAM · Ensure the monthly KPI of number of calls be met · Collate space forecasts customers and coordinate with Sales Steering · Sales support · Qualify sales leads overseas offices · Handle/co-ordinate complaints or objections · Liase with CS and BA for rate dispute · Handle Customer Data Management (local FIS Organization Catalog administration) · New customer validation and SOP · Promote new products to our customers e.g. intermodal services to our customers · Communicate with customers on advisories e.g. GRI, service changes Requirements: · Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent a plus · Minimum 1 years experiences in the sales and marketing field · Effective communicator, fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written · Positive and pleasant attitude, a team-player
