Handle quotation management ? Handle local tenders in close communication with trade Management ? Handle contract management for local customers ? Attend to customer enquiries and liaise with Customer Service and Operations if necessary Duties and Responsibilities Quotations ? Handle quotations through Freight Information System) incl. liaison with trade Management ? Receive feedback customers and negotiate if necessary (internally and externally) ? Offer customers various options for their businesses Tender Management ? Attend to local tender received customers incl. liaison with trade Management Contract Management ? transfer and file successful quotations into the respective rate agreements (RA) ? Amend existing rate agreements if necessary ? Handling of retrievals for missing revenues in existing shipments (CIF and FOB); follow up with overseas sales for contract and adjustment ? File service contracts with FMC Customer Service and Ops Liaison ? Attend to any special customer enquiries which might occur incl. coordination with Customer Service and Operations ? Work closely together with Sales Execution to develop the customer base and maintain the existing one ? Follow Sales KPI and fulfill targets in line with CRM ? Document sales phone calls in CRM Qualifications and Technical Job Requirements: ? Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent a plus ? Minimum 2 years experiences in the sales and marketing field
