Compare the third party (operational vendors) invoices with the internal work orders and post/scan the invoices in the SAP system ? Monitor the status of aged work orders ? Coordinate with internal departments and external parties to resolve vendor invoices/work order related issues ? Reconcile with vendors on the outstanding amount and respond to vendor queries ? Spot check vendor invoice ? Others tasks required by the supervisor Controlling function: ? Prepare monthly accrual & accrual quality analysis. ? Special approval Cost handling ? Monthly tasks: Import EIR, part of ICCL etc various reports ? Other tasks required by the supervisor Requirements - Bachelor degree in business management. - 3 years experience, logistic or accounting experience preferred - Computer literate - well versed in MS excel and familiar with ERP system/Accounting software. - Good command of English (written and verbal). CET-6 or above. - Good communication skill - Have some operation WO related knowledge, have overall knowledge about operational cost. - Have insights for hidden problems and is willing to take over the challenges to settle independently - Understand HL cost structure - Be keen in learning new things
