B)Coordinate weekly booking and equipment forecast. C)Maintain the Booking Control System (BCS) D)Prepare rate quotation, handle rate filing into Pricing system and rate discrepancies E)Handle oversea sales leads and walk-in customer rate enquiries F)Prepare sales presentation materials and sales promotion items G)Prepare weekly & ad hoc sales reports H)Backup Sales Representative when they are out of office 3.SKILLS REQUIREMENT A)University Graduate preferable with 1-2 years industry experience; B)Good communication skills, listening skills, problem solving ability with industry knowledge and creativity; C)Customer Focus - dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of internal and external customers; gets first-hand customer information and uses it for improvements in products and services; acts with customers in mind; establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect; D)Good PC skill, e.g. MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. E)Fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese & English, written and spoken; F)Commitment to task; G)Demonstrated the ability to work independently
