船舶操作专员）应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：船体/结构设计 工作地区：深圳市 行业：0年龄要求：20-45岁学历：0招聘人数：1名工作经验：1年以上(This position is a junior level position) 1.POSITION SUMMARY This position is responsible for providing basic customer service, e.g. answer enquiries, arrangement booking...etc to all accounts. 2.PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES This position is accountable to meet commitments made to customerin the following areas: A)Booking B)Rate Inquiries C)Service Inquiries D)Customer Satisfaction offering special services E)Problem Solving F)Account maintenance G)Call telephony integration and Management H)Apply expertise, initiation, and training to meet administrativeobjectives I)Identify administration needs by analyzing processes and issues J)Identify and determine resolution of customer problems K)Liaison and communicate with other departments (local & overseas) L)Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor and communication M) am voice mailbox clean-up, administrative duties, and meeting minutes N) B/L release at counter 3.SKILLS REQUIREMENT ====================== A)More than 1 year experience in customer service interaction, shipping industry preferred B)Basic experience and background of product knowledge (shipping, booking procedures, tariffs, documentation, logistics, etc.) C)Good PC workstation skills (Word for Windows, Excel) D)Fluent Mandarin & good command of English (written and oral) and a Cantonese preferred E)Able to work independently to accomplish assigned tasks F)Meticulous in completing tasks with minimal margin for error G)Excellent dependability record H)Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining positive customer relationships. I)Demonstrated experience in identifying and meeting valid customer requirements. J)Demonstrated experience in process management K)Demonstrated team experience
