Position Summary This position has primary accountability for leading the Operations Team to manage customers A/P functions to ensure accurate and timely document verification against SOP. II. Primary Accountabilities Ensure payment to vendors are accurately and timely ged back to the customers; Establish work plan/process for the team to start the implementation of new programs and provide /training to team members on new requirements or policies to ensure instructions are followed. Provide training to junior staff for daily work task. Monitor Key Process Indicator (KPI) by reviewing Daily Exception Report to ensure committed services are met. Manage Carrier Allocation based on customer’s instruction or IFS space control guidelines. Provide forecast to forwarders/carriers to ensure space/equipment are well covered during Peak. III. MINIMUM Requirements College’s Degree or above 3-4 years relevant working experience Good PC skills (basic office application software) Good communication and interpersonal skills Good learning skills Good knowledge about trading & transportation Can speak mandarin & English
