Manage a sales territory to promote APL’s broad range of services with focus on profitability, service excellence, and customer satisfaction with the primary goal of delivering the assigned sales budget. II. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES -Implement IT solutions to meet business requirements within the agreed scope, effort, cost and timeline for Hong Kong and South China -Provide programming support and development on local system applications. -Support corporate projects rollout and implementation to ensure the project success. -Comply with Corporate Security & IT governance. -Work as a team with respect and continuous learning to keep pace with the transportation & IT industry III. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS -Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a relate discipline with an advanced degree preferred. -At least 3 years of proven IT experience and 1 years in computer programming and system design. -Incumbent nice to have the following skill set: Planning & project management. -Required programming skills may include : MS Access, Visual Basic., Visual C#., ASP., Java, Oracle, Virtual Machine -Extensive knowledge of business unit functions and knowledge of system. -Familiarity of Liners and supply chain management knowledge and process. -Proactive & independent
