Goltens主要从事船舶零部件，船舶设备及辅助设备维修、组装及翻新，以及上述领域内相关技术咨询和售后服务，销售公司自产产品。应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：船体结构主管/建造/工程师 工作地区：广州市 行业：年龄要求：18-45岁学历：大专招聘人数：1名工作经验：不限职位描述: Job Deion: 工作内容描述： 必须要有连续3年以上船舶行业的维修工作经验，条件不符者请勿投简历！ 1.Have the necessary basic knowledge/skills of boring equipments Operation 具备镗孔设备操作所需的基本知识和技能。 2.Independently perform insitu boring/machining jobs as client requirement 可按照客户的要求独立执行相关的现场镗孔加工工作 3.Responsible for design/research/product/improve new crafts boring/machining equipments 负责设计研发制作改进新工艺的现场镗孔设备 4.To strengthen and promote service team communication & organizational capacity 加强和促进服务团队的沟通能力及组织能力 5.Ensure timely control upkeep, maintenance & utilization of tools & equipments. 确保工具和设备的及时保养，维修及使用 6.Ensure proper work take over Sales & liaise with Sales on work scope 确保从销售部接手的工作并与之在工作过程中保持信息的反馈 7.Liaise with Customer on work scope to be carried out accordingly 在工作中能与客户保持紧密的联系和沟通 8.Ensure Proper control of work quality /execution & safety 确保在工作中对产品的质量和安全的操作控制 9.Ensure proper control of production cost , material cost , overtime & wastage 确保对生产成本，材料成本，加班和损耗的适当控制 10.Analysis the defects root cause 能够分析设备故障发生的原因 11.Provide the effective PM proposal and technical requirement 能够对于维修保养计划以及技术要求提出有效改进意见 Qualifications: 职位要求: 1.College degree or above with major in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline 大专及以上学校机械类或相关专业毕业 2.At least 3 years practical experience in ship repair work 至少3年以上相关船舶维修经验 3.Be interest to in situ boring/machining jobs as preferential 对现场镗孔加工工作等感兴趣者优先 4.Competent English in writing and speaking 良好的英语听说读写能力 5.Willing to travel frequently around China and abroad 愿意经常性出差 6.Good coordination, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills 具备良好协调能力，解决问题的能力，人际沟通能力
