Familiar with the operation process of the entire freight. 4) Computer: skillful Accountabilities:1、Complete booking within 2 hours after booking order received.2、Send the booking info to the customer within 15 minutes after it is received.3、Submit the confirmation of the B/L to the shipping company within 15 minutes after it is received the customer.4、The latest time to send the D/N to the customer is one working day after vsl departed.Ensuring to receive returns of the D/N the customer within two work days after vsl departed.5、Ensure files can be archived within 5 days after vsl departed.
