Prepare Stowage List for each service, and submit to POD.2. Prepare DG list according to tally report and shippers’ declaration, and submit to relevant POD.3. Prepare Final Disging Repot against Inbound manifest & Inbound Bay Plan & Inbound Stowage List.4. According to tally report, prepare Final Loading Report, tdR & Voyage Loading Report, send to related parties, do and close loading and on board list within 72 HRS after VSL sailing.5. Close EZLL in DCS within 3days after vessel sailing. Complete SHS and TOS within 7days after vessel sailing.6. Once receiving invoices suppliers, to check the volume, rate & amount according to related reports & contracts.7.Check the amount of each cost item & print each Job order no attach with invoice & sign on it with verification8. Once receiving OOG booking shippers, a OOG application should be sent to POD & PLD and Principal for their confirmation within 1 working day.9.Prepare OOG report per week,Once receiving DG booking shippers, a DG application should be sent to POD & PLD and regional operation / vessel operator for their confirmation within 1 working day.10.As backup of Equipment control when equipment supervise is on leave.
