应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：船体结构主管/建造/工程师 工作地区：上海市 行业：年龄要求：18-45岁学历：大专招聘人数：1名工作经验：不限职位描述: Job deion: 1) Keep close monitor on SOP review for team account, random check team member understanding about SOP 2) Take lead for new account on board incl but not limited to SOP review/staff recruitment & training / vendor manual making / vendor meeting and etc 3) Supervise the team to provide high quality service to customers and minimize service failure and customer complain 4) Maintain a good relationship with service provider including warehouse / customs broker / booking agent / ocean carriers and ensure the service deliveries in accordance with our customers’ requirements. Regular review meeting with them is needed 5) Build up supervisors with the skills of team management 6) Organize the customers visit in good manner to meet the expectation of the customers including preparing professional presentation and on-site introduction 7) Establish close tie with customer local office via regular meeting and close meeting follow-up 8) Support with individual team for various tasks assigned by branch manager 9) Ensure team member finance system correctly and accurately, no loss to company 10) Take lead for new project preparing and implementation 11) Monitor Shanghai KPI performance and process streamline Professional Skills: 1) At least 5 years of experience in ocean forwarding industry and buyer consolidation experience is Preferred 2) At least 2 years of team management experience ( 5 people) is preferred 3) Detail-oriented and good analysis skill 4) Fluent English in both oral and written , CET-4 is a must 5) High sense of responsibility and can work under pressure
