Recruitment& training Coordination - Development and management channel to make sure operator hirings efficiency - Understanding hiring departments position requirements and shortlist suitable candidates to related parties - Interview arrangement and reference check - In ge of New Employee Orientation training - Assistant training activities 2. Staffing process Support - Follow up the on board, probation and termination process - Maintain employees HR information 3. HR administration Support - Handle the attendance system , provide monthly attendance report - Assist in staff activities 4. Administer human resources policies associated with payroll, and salary administration 5. HR related issues including but not limit to social insurance and personal tax 6. Other works assigned by immediate supervisor Job Requirements: - University Graduate - Above 3 years related working experiences in HR area - Knowledge of HR processes and tools in HR operation is necessary - Familiar with HR laws and regulations - Good English & PC skill - Good communication skill
