Goltens主要从事船舶零部件，船舶设备及辅助设备维修、组装及翻新，以及上述领域内相关技术咨询和售后服务，销售公司自产产品。应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：船体结构主管/建造/工程师 工作地区：上海市 行业：年龄要求：18-45岁学历：大专招聘人数：1名工作经验：不限职位描述: Position Title: Product & System Department Manager (新造船部门销售经理) Direct Report to -Managing Director Home Base -Shanghai Role Profile: 1)Have the ability to manage a growing sales force. 2)Be responsible for the sales of New Building Equipment to yards and the promotion of such to owners and designers. 3)Be required to organize the sales force in such a way as to maximize their potential to achieve set budgets and targets. 4)Have responsibility for the profitable sales order intake budget for the allocated territory. 5)Have the ability to communicate at all levels both internally and externally. 6)Be able to effectively communicate with international principles. 7)Be responsible for accurate reporting and forecasting. 8)Be required on occasion to spend time away station. 9)Build and maintain good relationships with all customers. 10)Have the ability to develop new market areas. Requirements of this position – not limited to: 1)Have a technical qualification in mechanical engineering or similar. 2)Has experience within a Marine / Offshore repair or New Build facility, at least 8 years practical experiences in Marine business / Shipbuilding. 3)Has an awareness and understanding of budgets and financial issues. 4)Has an outgoing and proactive nature. 5)Approach business in a structured and well organized manner. 6)Be a good communicator. 7)Have a good command of written and spoken ( Chinese & English). 8)Be required to work additional hours at evenings and weekends, willingness to travel in China and abroad frequently. 9)Has experience of territory sales management. 10)Has commercial experience. 11)Has experience of negotiating in a commercial and technical environment. 12)Have an open and honest approach to business.
