应聘该职位 其它职位 更多招聘信息 岗位类别：船体结构主管/建造/工程师 工作地区：上海市 行业：年龄要求：18-45岁学历：本科招聘人数：1名工作经验：不限职位描述: Job deion: 1) Regularly review SOP with the team, and prepare work schedule and expedite work flow according to the requirements customers 2) Supervise the team to provide high quality customer service to customers, and minimize the customers complaints and financial loss by maintaining error-free day-to-day operations management 3) Maintain a good relationship with the service provider including warehouse, customs broker and ocean carriers; and ensure the service deliveries in accordance with our customers’ requirements 4) Monitor the team to manage all the revenue and cost according to the customers requirement and internal financial discipline 5) Build up supervisors with the skills of team management and leadership by holding regularly meeting with the team members and through proactive team communication 6) Organize the customs visit in good manner to meet the expectation of the customers including preparing professional presentation and on-site introduction 7) regular meeting with customer and service providers to ensure customer monthly KPI target be met Professional Skills: 1. 5 or more years working experience in logistics/consolidation industry 2. Care to details and good analytical skills 3. Having common logistics sense/skill is preferred 4. High sense of service dedication, strong team work spirit and can work under pressure 5. Fluent English in both oral and written , CET-4 is a must 6. Team management(5 people) experience is preferred
