To manage vendor relation among MCS, warehouse and vendors and Ikea related people 3. To manage warehouse performance through relevant KPI 4. Bridge office and warehouse communication 5. Weekly and monthly warehouse performance report 6. Identify warehouse training needs, coordinate training with support warehouse manager and office manager 7. Report un-compliance issue timely and regular follow up 8. Lead and organize regular meeting with warehouse to review performance 9. To assure the inventory accuracy by monitor the cycle count and stocktaking process and do random check and form the report 10. SOP implementation(Review the SOP regularly and assure the operation is matched with our SOP, or need to the SOP timely when the situation is changed 专业素质要求： Professional Skills: 1. Above 2 years working experience in logistics/consolidation/warehouse industry 2. With analysis/communication/presentation skill 3. Having common logistics/warehouse/VAS sense/skill is preferred, 4. High sense of service, strong team work spirit and strong bearing of pressure 5.Good English in both oral and written , CET-4 or above is preferred.
