Provide front line end user technical support on hardware and software setup. ? Administration and support for work, system and email access. ? Assists project manager on infrastructure and / or system projects. Liaise with client, business, operation, developers and/or service providers. ? Monitor, analyze system infrastructure, requirement, challenges and opportunities and provide suggestions, alternatives and potential solutions. ? On-call support outside office hours is required. ? Perform duty / job tasks as assign by Manager, Infrastructure and Projects. Professional Skills: ? Hands-on experience in system support is preferable; Knowledge in MS Windows, MS Office/Outlook, TCP/IP, Citrix, Antivirus software will be an advantage ? Good analytical, communication and coordination skills
