Qualifications: - Bachelors degree or above - Good understanding of overall Service Industry - At least 5 years experiences in Customer Services, Sales or training fields. trainer or consultant experience are preferred. - Strong presentation skills & facilitation skills - Strong interpersonal skills, strong affinity for teamwork and the ability to work independently and to undertake individual initiatives - Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English & Mandarin - Able to work under pressure and meet tight schedule and deadline - Open-minded, creative and the ability to see new business opportunities. - Ability to collaborate effectively across organizational and cultural boundaries.
