Now, Schindler in Shanghai (China) headquarters manages two operating companies, two parts factories, a training center and a research and development center, six4>职位描述: 主要工作职责-Maintain EI SAP system;维保SAP系统维护;-Draft subcontracts and agreements according to Schindler policy and process timely;委托协议按公司政策和流程、按时做委托协议;-Apply for subcontract payment;委托协议付款申请;-Audit the qualification of subcontractors;维保分包商的资质评审;-Prepare invoice according to EI business system;维保业务系统开票;-Maintain maintenance plan and print work according to EI process requirement;执行维保流程要求,维护维保计划和工单打印;-Assist EI manager to prepare business analysis; 协助EI经理做业务分析;-Manage contract filings according to EI process requirement;按照维保流程要求进行合同档案管理;-Responsible for customer satisfaction follow-up and coordination; 负责用户满意度跟踪与协调处理;-Responsible for EI office admin support to meet daily business needs;负责维保办公室行政支持,满足日常业务要求;-Responsible for NI-EI handover record management and meets the handover process;负责NI-EI交接记录管理,达到移交流程规定条件;-Control EI daily expense, save cost;负责维保日常费用控制,节约部门成本;-Manage quality claim records and track the processing results;负责三包处理记录管理,跟踪三包处理结果;-Responsible for Service Fitter working hours collection and upload per finance requirement;负责维保工时统计和上传,满足财务上传标准;-Collect and file EI maintenance records, keep the records for at least three years for checking;负责维保记录单收集、归档,三年内可查;-Other tasks assigned by line manager;执行上级临时安排的其他任务。 要求:- Associate degree or above; 大专及以上学历。 - At least 3 years working experience in EI department. 3年以上维保部门工作经验。-Familiar with PC application and SAP system; 熟练掌握使用OFFICE软件,熟练使用SAP系统;-Familiar with EI process;熟悉EI流程;-Good at internal and external coordination and communication;有较强内、外部的协调和沟通能力。
