Maintenance and improvement of the Health, Safety and Quality systems and policies 2. Management of the HSE audit program. 3. To assist in the development and implementation of Health, Safety and Quality training for all levels of employees. 4. Ensure the company is up to date and abides by all changes in safety regulations within Chinese Law. 5. Completes accident investigation, analysis and reports; regularly perform site hazard assessments and workplace ergonomic analysis 6. Develops, implements, executes, and manages strategies to prevent workplace injuries, vehicle accidents and environmental upsets 7. Set up quality inspection system on all goods in and out and quality process within both on site and off site work 9. Coordination of input to periodic Management Reviews of the Safety and Quality Management Systems in accordance with related procedures. 10. Assist in Ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: 1. Degree or recognised qualification in H&S and/or quality management 2. With 5 years professional experience in occupational health & safety, including fire safety systems. Manufacturing environment preferred, with factory experience is preferable. 3. Good command of Spoken & Written English. 4. Business and functional skills and knowledge needed to improve process and reduce downtime 5. Problem solving & preventive solution to business corporate responsibility
