Be capable and have experience to work as lead hand on diesel engine and related work mainly in the marine market. 具有柴油发动机及船舶行业相关领域的丰富经验，能够在工作中作为团队的标杆 2. Carry out engine trouble shooting and diagnostic checks 进行发动机故障排除和诊断检查 3. Work with service team to implement new product service support plan and give instruction for special new product service requirement. 4. Write technical job process sheets in both English and Chinese. 用中英语写工作方面技术进展报告 5. Complete in detail and accurate technical and job done reports in both English and Chinese. 用中英语完成详细准确的技术报告和完工报告 6. Assist in Ad-hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned. 其它上级安排的工作 Qualifications: 1. College degree or equivalent in marine or mechanical engineering. 大专以上船舶工程或机械工程专业 2. At least 5 years practical and on-hand experience in marine industry/engine industry with recognised OEM 至少5年以上船舶行业/柴油机行业原厂供应商的实际操作经验 3. Good command of Spoken & Written English; Capable of writing good technical reports in both English and Chinese. 具备良好的英语听说能力；能够用中英文完成技术报告 4. Willing to travel frequently around China and overseas 愿意经常性在国内外出差 5. Good coordination and communication skills 具备良好的沟通协调能力 6. Is of clean and tidy appearance 仪表整洁 7.
