Monitor mainline vessel schedule, ensure own operated vessel berth on arrival; 2. Coordinate with terminal/depot to arrange CY open and close time, and late back cargo acceptance 3. Coordinate with VPM (vessel plan manager), terminal planner and chief office to achieve the best stowage plan of own operated vessels; Monitor cargo operation productivity, and minimize the idle time; 4. Prepare all related reports and system timely. 5. Control cost, timely make all cost application in system and check invoice related to vessel operation; 6. Report to Operation Management or Line for any s fm port authority, state agent, depot or other parties. 7. Timely report to VPM and Operation Supervisor about the emergency case with proper solution options, and proceed basing on comments of VPM and Operation Supervisor; 8. Well understand and follow the operation procedures of company, as well as any related law/rule/regulation by local port authorities; 9. Well file all records, contracts for tracing and auditing; 10. Other tasks assigned by department manager/supervisor. Job Specifications (Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job): Education: Bachelor degree Experience: above 1 year experience in shipping industry Language: CET-4, fluent in oral and written English and Chinese Computer Literacy: Good at MS Office (Excel, Word) Specialist Knowledge: Well understand stowage plan Essential Skills: 1. Driving license 2. Good communication and problem solving skill Core-Competence: Team spirit, customer focus Male is preferred.
