Internally coordinate with import sales, operation department, and local branch finance to ensure that the details of D&D is ready for a smooth reconciliation with customers3. Externally conduct a smooth reconciliation with the state agent, consignee to ensure the D&D outstanding is timely cleared 4. Communicate with the involved departments to ensure a clear understanding of D&D waiver policies. Help the manager to prepare the relevant waiver request form for approval5. Help to make all the track record of D&D waiver case, also including the communication with oversea countries and of relevant systems6. Ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor, manager or Finance Controller.
