Paul Wurth Group is today4>职位描述: 要求候选人机械专业，工程报价方向 Help to collect and analyse price information, required man-hours in cost calculation协助收集并分析成本信息，计算工时成本 Make price calculation based on technical specifications/ material list对技术规格/材料清单进行成本估算 Prepare offer letter and commercial conditions carefully认真准备报价单和商务条款 Close liaison with Project Engineers to understand key problems related with price and scope就相关价格和范围问题与工程师保持密切联系 Work closely with Purchasers, Marketing, Engineering and Accounting与采购部、市场部、工程师和会计保持密切工作关系 Understand financial aspects of project; cost estimates; implications of terms of payment; company procedures; accounting related issues了解财务方面的项目问题：成本估算、付款条件、公司程序以及会计相关问题 Assist technical/commercial meetings with customers, partners and/or suppliers协助技术/商务部门完成与客户/同事/供应商的会议开展 Qualifications · Bachelor degree or above · Major in engineering and/or science preferred · 1-2 years’ relevant work experience (NOT required for trainee) · Solid working experience in foreign enterprise · Skilled in MS Office, good command of EXCEL · SAP or ERP system knowledge required · Basic knowledge on Finance · Basic knowledge on International trading Requirements · Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and verbal) · Logical thinking and details focused · Good communication and team work · Self-motivated and teammates motivator · Multitask ability and time management skills · Occasional travelling
