Topspeed is the sole agent for TMCL Container Line in China. TMCL has a strong global work and well established partnerships with a number of core carriers serving both the major East-West trades as well as some of the key niche trades. We are looking for ambitious and results orientated Sales Manager with at least 3 years experience in the forwarding / logistics industry who want to build their career with us. This position will offer a base salary plus competitive commission conditions reflecting our desire to attract individuals wanting to be rewarded for success.Roles and ResponsibilitiesBe personally involved in daily sales activities and achieve personal sales targetAid the manager in the marketing of the product of TMCLMaintain a positive monthly sales growthGuide and aid junior sales representatives Motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targetDevelop and bring in new businesses direct shippersWeekly sales reportingTo assist in the hiring of new sales representatives to the teamSkills and qualifications required:Excellent sales track record with healthy gross profitsSound knowledge of the forwarding/logistics industrySensitive to market changes and rate fluctuations Good interpersonal and communication skills.
